What’s going on y’all it’s your mans Wav3yGawd from Phucaname.com here with some anime news for all my weebs and otakus out there! If you are looking for new anime to watch, or just a new show in general then you NEED to check out Cannon Busters! It is a Netflix exclusive made by LeSean Thomas.

LeSean is an African American animation producer, director, animator, comic book artist, writer and character designer from the Bronx, NY (NY STAND UP!) but resides in Tokyo, Japan. He has worked on many animated TV shows including Adult Swims’ Black Dynamite, The Boondocks, The Legend of Korra, Children of Ether as well as another Netflix anime called Yasuke. That is a big list of all stellar shows so best believe the whole Phucuname squad will be binge watching this one! All 12 episodes are on Netflix right now so definitely give it a watch! We are all lovers of anime, and the fact that this show is created by an African American animator is more than enough reason to support!
